IHE Announces First Worldwide Summit: April 16 - 18, 2013!

This first annual IHE International World Summit will take place at the Haliç Congress Center in the legendary city of Istanbul, Turkey, from April 16 - 18, 2013. The Summit will feature the first global gathering of leaders from IHE's twenty-five national deployment committees and includes a program intended for anyone interested in IHE and interoperability in Health IT.
The program offers three tracks, targeted to specific interests:
- Track 1: Panel Discussion--Representatives of IHE Deployment Committees, government and national/regional projects, IHE specialists and consultants
- Track 2: Management Issues--CEOs and CIOs of hospitals and hospital providers
- Track 3: Technical Issues--CIOs, lead developers and testing groups which plan to create or test IHE software in the future

NA Connectathon 2013 Educational Sessions Announced!
Mark your calendars for the largest interoperability testing marathon of 2013 at the IHE North American (NA) Connectathon, January 28 – February 2, 2013, at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Chicago, IL. IHE Profiles are the cornerstone of achieving health IT interoperability as required by Meaningful Use Stage 2. Prepare your team to successfully test at the NA Connectathon by reviewing the recorded educational sessions from June 20 & 21, 2012..
IHE North American Connectathon 2013 Announced
Bringing engineers and IT architects together to test interoperability, the IHE North America (NA) Connectathon 2013 comes to Chicago on Jan. 28 - Feb. 2, 2013, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago: 151 E. IHE's Connectathon Conference is Wednesday, January 30, 2013
The Connectathon Conference is considered the cornerstone of the NA Connectathon because it provides networking and educational opportunities focused on interoperability. Plus, attendees gain a firsthand look at the Connectathon’s tools, systems, and are granted special access to the testing floor that is accelerating healthcare technology.
