IHE Plug-a-thon Registration Open until December 15, 2017

Drive new technology and innovation forward by participating in one of the four Plug-a-thon tracks at the IHE NA Connectathon including Blockchain - Healthcare, mHealth, Devices on FHIR and the Internet of Things - Medical. Learn more about the registration process, fees, and staffing requirements and register before December 15, 2017.

Plug-a-thon Participant Fees:

Payments for all fees can be made beginning November 6, 2017. Participant fees vary depending on the date purchased and the number of tracks selected. Review pricing below and contact connectathon@iheusa.org for more information.

  • Participation fee covers 1 staff person and includes two-day badge for the IHE NA Connectathon, plus lunch, participation at all track-specific and cross-track education and brainstorming sessions, internet service, plus a special Plug-a-thon networking event on Wednesday evening.
  • $300 discount for 2nd person from the same company participating in the same Plug-a-thon Track; contact John Donnelly for more information
  • Participation fees waived for companies participating in the testing of IHE Profiles in the IHE NA Connectathon Classic

Plug-a-thon Staffing Requirements:

  • Companies can register participate in more than one track but must have one staff person available to participate in discussions and support testing for each day of the Plug-athon tracks. 
  • Companies participating in both the IHE NA Plug-a-thon and Connectathon Classic must have staff available to support both testing, test partners, and discussions in the Connectathon Classic and the Plug-a-thon tracks.
  • Special Registration Considerations for Health Care Providers/ Health Information Organizations that bring their data to the mHealth Track. Contact John Donnelly for more information.
