System registration for the IHE NA Connectathon 2019 will open in Fall, 2019

IHE North American (NA) Connectathon 2018 system registration closed on Friday, October 6, 2017.  Below you will find the 3 step registration process to prepare for 2019.  Join our newsletter to be notified of upcoming announcements and registration dates.

Three-Step Registration Process

Step 1: Complete Gazelle System Registration

Participants enter test systems, organization information, marketing, financial and technical contacts in Gazelle, IHE’s online test management system that organizes, conducts and records the IHE Connectathon testing process. Participants also need to join the IHE NA Connectathon Google Group to receive the latest 2019 Connectathon information including logistics, schedules, due dates, etc.

Step 2: Submit Signed Contract and Payment 

Export a copy of the IHE NA Connectathon Participant Contract from Gazelle. The contract must be initialed, signed and submitted to IHE USA at connectathon@ihe.net. A non-refundable payment in full for 100% of Connectathon System Fees is due at the time of contract submission. Contracts will not be accepted after the TBD due date. Contracts submitted without payment in full will be rejected and will not be included in the publications and promotional materials (printed documents, signage, and website) associated with the IHE NA Connectathon 2019.  If your organization requires additional forms (i.e. invoices, W9s) in order to process payment, please email connectathon@ihe.net with your request. 

Download an advanced copy of the IHE NA Connectathon 2018 sample contract for your company's legal review. Please submit a signed contract by the TBD due date to be eligible to test.

IHE Connectathon System Fees

  • Baseline fee: Organization registering one (1) system incurs a charge of $8,700 USD.
  • Additional fees: Each additional system registered incurs a charge of $4,700 USD per system.
  • Discounted fee: First-time IHE NA Connectathon organizations receive 15% off base system fee.  Restrictions apply.  See terms and conditions before applying.
    • The application will open when system registration opens.

IHE USA's Payment Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable payment in full for 100% of IHE Connectathon System Fees is due at the time of contract submission. Contracts will not be accepted after the TBD due date. Contracts submitted without payment in full will be rejected and will not be included in the publications and promotional materials (printed documents, signage, and website) associated with the IHE NA Connectathon 2019.

Step 3:  Purchase Connectathon Badges

System fees do not include IHE Connectathon badges for participant's to attend the event.  Each participant must complete a separate online registration to purchase their IHE Connectathon badge.  Badge registration will open on the TBD date.  Participants must complete online pre-registration to purchase reduced price IHE badges by the TBD due date at 11:59pm ET.  After this date, badges are still available but increase in price.  Review the IHE Connectathon badge pricing and policies for more information.
