System Registration and Timeline
IHE North America (NA) Connectathon 2024 system registration will be open until January 16, 2024. Below you will find the step-by-step registration process as well as important dates to take note of. We look forward to your participation at the IHE NA Connectathon, February 19-23, 2024, in Oak Brook, Illinois at the RSNA Headquarters.
- Pre-registration Opens - November 15, 2023
- System Registration Opens – January 2, 2024
- System Registration Closes in Gazelle & Contracts Due – January 16, 2024
- System Registration Payments Due - January 31, 2024
Registration Process

IHE NA Connectathon System Fees
Participant is provided one (1) 6' x 30" table, two (2) padded chairs, internet access, and one (1) power strip with 4 outlets to provide 1500 Watts (120 volts)/Standard electrical service, and table signage for everyone (1) system registered in Gazelle.
- Baseline fee: Participants registering one (1) system incur a charge of $7,000.00 USD. Two participation badges are included in this fee.
- Additional System(s): Participant incurs an extra charge of $7,000.00 USD for each additional system registered, only if they need to use another table. If the second system is managed by the same two persons on the same table as the first system there is no extra fee for this system.
- Remote Testing: We are able to accommodate a limited set of systems (IHE actor/profile groupings) to test remotely during the Connectathon. Please indicate your preference for remote or in-person testing in your registration. Each registered system that will test remotely will incur a charge of $4,200.00 USD.
IHE USA's Payment Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable payment in full for 100% of IHE Connectathon System Fees is due at the time of contract submission. Contracts submitted without payment in full will be rejected and will not be included in the publications and promotional materials (printed documents, signage, and website) associated with the IHE North America Connectathon 2024 unless a valid, paid in full contract submission has been received by January 31st, 2024.
Note: Please review our contracts carefully as some of our terms have changed.
