IHE North American Connectathon System Registration and Timeline
IHE North American (NA) Connectathon 2023 system registration will be open from November 17, 2022, through January 18, 2023. Below you will find the 3-step registration process as well as important dates to take note of. We look forward to your participation at the IHE NA Connectathon, March 6-10, 2023, in Austin, Texas at the Sheraton Austin Hotel at the Capitol.

Three-Step Registration Process
Step 1: Complete Gazelle System Registration: Open November 17, 2022 – January 18, 2023
Step 2: Purchase IHE Connectathon Badges: by January 11, 2023, for Early-Bird pricing
Step 3: System Registration Payment Due: January 27th, 2023
Three-Step Registration Process
Step 1: Complete Gazelle System Registration
Participants enter test systems, organization information, marketing, financial and technical contacts in Gazelle, IHE’s online test management system that organizes, conducts and records the IHE Connectathon testing process. Participants also need to join the Zoho Community to receive the latest Connectathon information including logistics, schedules, due dates, etc.
Testing participants should only register a system if they are 100% certain that they will be participating in the 2023 IHE North American Connectathon, March 6-10, 2023. Failure to notify IHE staff of any system drops/changes will be responsible for system fees.
Step 2: Submit Signed Contract and Payment
The administrative portion (i.e Contracts, Policy & Guidelines, and payment) of system registration will be managed by IHE USA Staff. A staff member will follow-up with this portion of registration upon completion of step 1.
A non-refundable payment in full for 100% of Connectathon System Fees is due no later than January 27, 2023. Contracts will not be accepted after the close of system registration on January 18, 2023.
IHE NA Connectathon System Fees
Participant is provided one (1) 6' x 30" table, two (2) padded chairs, internet access, and one (1) power strip with 4 outlets to provide 1500 Watts (120 volts)/Standard electrical service, and table signage for everyone (1) system registered in Gazelle.
- Baseline fee: Participants registering one (1) system incur a charge of $7,500.00 USD.
- Additional System(s): Participant incurs an extra charge of $3,000.00 USD for each additional system registered.

Discounted fee: A limited number of first-time participants to the IHE NA Connectathon receive 15% off their base system fee. Restrictions apply.
IHE USA's Payment Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable payment in full for 100% of IHE Connectathon System Fees is due on January 27, 2023. Contracts submitted without payment in full will be rejected and will not be included in the publications and promotional materials (printed documents, signage, and website) associated with the IHE NA Connectathon 2023.

Step 3: Purchase Connectathon Badges
System fees do not include IHE Connectathon badges for participants to attend the event. Each participant must complete a separate online registration to purchase their IHE Connectathon badge. Early bird badge registration will open on December 5, 2022 thru January 11, 2023 11:59pm ET. After this date, badges are still available but will increase in price.
