Despite the efforts made by IHE Czech and IHE-Europe to organise the IHE-Europe Connectathon 2021 in the Czech Republic, it has turned out that the Covid-19 development does not allow the planning of a safe face-to-face event at this time.

The 2020 Connectathon takes place in the exclusive facility of the Parc du Cinquantenaire called Autoworld. It is centrally situated in the in the heart of Brussels, capital of Belgium. The facility is a perfect location for vendors to work together solving interoperability issues as they test their solutions against the expanding base of IHE Profiles.

IHE International is hosting its fourth World Summit in Brussels Belgium during the IHE-Europe Connectathon week. This global IHE event is connecting stakeholder representatives and IHE enthusiasts from around the world, introducing thought leaders on topics of international standards, interoperability, patient-centered care, information exchange and electronic health records and is providing a learning experience for all those interested in the future of eHealth.

IHE Connectathons are a cross-vendor, live, supervised and structured testing event where industry leaders test implementations of IHE Profiles to advance health IT interoperability. This year's Connectathon marks the 10th anniversary of IHE USA. Join your colleagues across the public and private sectors in this collaborative event focused on advancing interoperability.
